Norwegian Air Shuttle is a low-cost airline operated out of Norway. They recently made headlines when they began offering long-haul flights to the United States for as low as 65$ each way. However, many pointed out these promotional prices were extremely limited, and should be met with scepticism. In order to push down the price of flights, Norwegian hires cheap labourers from Asia, a practice which was deemed unethical in Norway. As a result, long-haul flights have to be operated out of Ireland, which is more lenient to foreign labour practices.
